Superintendent

Full-Time Indianapolis, IN

Lead field operations on underground utility and civil construction projects. 5+ years field experience required.

Project Manager

Full-Time Indianapolis, IN

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and subcontractor relationships from preconstruction through closeout.

Underground Utilities Foreman

Full-Time Multi-site

Direct crew in water main, sewer, and storm drain installation. Experience with live taps, HDPE fusion, and trenching required.

Equipment Operator

Full-Time Multi-site

Operate excavators, loaders, backhoes, and directional drills. CDL preferred. Multiple openings available.

Estimator

Full-Time Indianapolis, IN

Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, material cost estimates, and bid proposals for civil and utility projects.

Laborer / Skilled Trades

Full-Time Multi-site

General construction labor supporting underground utility and civil crews. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn required.

Concrete / Flatwork Specialist

Full-Time Multi-site

Formwork, pouring, finishing, and repair of flatwork, curbs, and structural concrete elements.

Project Engineer / Field Engineer

Full-Time Indianapolis, IN

Support PMs and supers with submittals, RFIs, daily reports, material tracking, and field documentation.
